Standard Modular Office Partition Walls

Panels shall be 4” nominal thickness – 1 lb EPS board core with 1/8” hardboard or ½” gypsum on interior and exterior surfaces. Standard Panel finish to be vinyl clad and available in a wide selection of colors. Check with us on other available finishes and panel cores. All solid panels, Doors and window panels are interchangeable with panels of like size.

Modular Office Door Options

Standard door is 3’ wide by 6’-8” tall, pre-finished in walnut woodgrain. Doors are shipped complete with hinges and lockable ADA leverset. Standard Double door option is 6’ wide by 6’-8” tall. Custom sizes are available as well as other finishes such as steel or paint grade.

Modular Office Window Options

Windows (and doors when requested) will be factory glazed with 3/16” clear tempered safety glass. All glass to be shipped pre-installed in framing so that no glazing is required on-site. Standard windows are 4’ wide and are available with horizontal sliding half-open glass as an option. Options for dual pane glass, tinted glass, and polycarbonate are available. Window kick panel and header panel come factory cut to size and ready for installation.

Our factory pre-wired UL Classified raceways provide a flush interior surface for electrical outlets and phone/data wiring. Finish options include vinyl, painted steel, aluminum, PVC, and a special FRP finish that protects walls against damage and scratches. United Partition's standard insulated 4" walls are built with our standard EPS foam cores, which are denser and more durable than our competitors’ hollow walls. Our foam core walls also provide exceptional sound and climate control. Standard panel colors are gray, almond, white and gray linen. Fully integrated and factory framed doors and windows can be positioned to your specifications.
