POST:
Anodized aluminum extrusions shall be alloy 6063T6 used to frame entire wall
sections. Standard H-Post connection is extended aluminum with anodized finish.
Eleminates possibility of rust or corrosion seen in steel post systems. Forms
tight panel to panel connection for maximum noise and thermal control.
CORNER POST:
Massive one piece anodized aluminum, to assure fastest possible assembly of
corners.
CONTINUOUS BASE CHANNEL:
Anodized aluminum channel ( fastener to floor ) supports and secures wall
panels. "Fastened" - Slim-line attractive finish which eliminates
need for core base molding. Factory cut to size with necessary mitrls for
fast, easy installation.
ELECTRICAL:
Anodized aluminum extrusions shall be alloy 6063T6 used to frame entire wall
sections. Raceway Posts are not used only to unite one panel to another, but
also for concealed wiring. Vertical electric raceways shall be provided by
the factory for duplex outlets, light switches and phone/data jacks.
LOAD CENTER:
Standard breaker panel is single phase, 110v/220v maximum 100amp capacity
6, 8, or 12 circuits with cover and breakers as required by the equipment
ordered with building.
CIRCUIT BREAKER:
2 pole 220v breaker for HVAC units, and 110v duplex outlets and standard lights
will be provided a 20 AMP 1-pole breaker. (Unless otherwise specified) Mainfeed
to panel from existing power source is not included unless noted on quotation.
WALL SECTIONS:
Panels shall be 2" or 4" nominal thickness - polystyrene board core
with 1/8" hardboard or 1/2" gypsum on interior and exterior surfaces.
To accept 2" or 4" aluminum framing. Panel finish to be vinyl clad,
available in a wide selection of colors. (Check with factory on other available
finishes and panel cores.) All solid panels, doors and glazed panels interchangeable
with panels of like size.
WINDOWS:
Windows and doors (when required) to be factory glazed with 3/16" clear
tempered safety glass. All glass to be shipped installed so no glazing is
required on-site. Standard windows are 4' wide, and are available with horizontal
sliding half-open glass as an option.
DOORS:
Standard doors is 3'-0" X 6'-8" pre-finished in walnut woodgrain.
Doors are shipped complete with hinges and key in knob lockset. Custom sizes
are available.
COMFORT CONTROL OPTIONS:
Include various size air conditioners, exhaust fans and heaters. Wall mounted
aluminum louvers also available.
FASCIA TRIM:
2" X 2" X 1/16" Anodized aluminum -- trims roof for finished
appearance.
ROOF DECK:
Top cover for the building and support for the acoustical ceiling system.
20 and 22 gauge steel provides clear spans of up to 20 ft. Beams and/or Bar
joist are required for additional lengths.
CEILING:
Acoustical T-Bar ceiling - white enameled grid with 2' X 4' mineral tiles.
System is Class A Fire Rated, and is available with 6' batt insulation (R-19)
for increased sound and thermal control. Black or chrome grid and custom tiles
are available as an option.
LIGHT FIXTURES:
Light Fixtures 2' X 4', 4-tube/160 watt capacity. Recessed type used for acoustical
ceiling system. Clear prismatic luminous lens comes standard, parabolic lenses
are an available option. Tubes, wiring and conduit to be furnished by others.
Surface mount light fixtures (18"X4') come standard when panelized roof
is utilized.
FLOORING:
(Optional) Commercial grade (Armstrong) tile provides a clean and attractive
working environment. 20 oz. commercial grade glue down carpet is another option
available in numerous colors.
ATTRACTIVE FINISHES:
Standard vinyl clad finishes available in white, almond, gray and gray linen.
Choose one color for the interior and another for the exterior if you like!
Other colors, as well as FRP, stucco embossed metal, ceramic tile, or fabric
finishes are available as an option.
ALUMINUM FRAMEWORK
Connecting posts are used not only to unite one panel to another but also
act as channeled raceways for telephone and electrical lines. Connecting posts
are a major structural element in supporting loads, and also allow for individual
panels to be removed without disrupting adjoining panels. Base channel shall
be a continuous "U" channel pre-cut and pre-mitered for ease of
leveling and will securely support wall panels when attached to foundation.
